We are glad to say we have received the first Fender Select basses. They were introduced at the NAMM show in Los Angeles in January. This is the Select Jazz Bass and it features a lightweight alder body, beautiful flamed maple top and one of the best pieces of rosewood boards we've seen lately. It comes with the new Fender Select pickups and we are happy to say they sound terrific: full bodied and with a great vintage vibe too. This is one of the best production Fenders we've tried lately.
