We are thrilled to incorporate Stradi instruments into our inventory of High End and totally unique basses.
We've been huge fans for these handmade instruments from Poland but never actually pulled the trigger. We just did!!
We were lucky enough to have Marek Dąbek visit our shop with his family recently. All Stradi instruments are handmade by Marek and his wife Aga, that's it. Production is limited to 25 instruments per year and quality is out of this world as well as attention to detail, innovation and design.
Each Stradi bass is different from one another and lots of custom options are possible (please contact us for advice). Even if the bass belongs in a particular series, every individual bass will be different and that's really the beauty of it all.

When you create something, an inspiration can come form very different sources...this time it came from the cinema.
This Rock Bass with padouk body and neck, covered with deep black stone was inspired by the great film Oppenheimer.
Di Marzio Black Relentless pickup, Hipshot tuners, Gotoh bridge and Aurora strings set blends perfectly with the appearance of stone layer (and vivid red padouk body and neck.
This is the first bass we have that actually doesn't come with a wood top but a stone top. Actually it's a very thin layer of slate and there's a matching headstock as well as the electronics cover plate at the back. This is a very lightweight type of stone and it looks absolutely fantastic on this instrument.
This bass is a perfect combination of modern lutherie (comfort, precision, balance, amazing looks) and old time sound thanks to the Di Marzio Relentless pickup (Billy Sheehan's signature model). This means it plays like a dream, balances perfectly on your lap (no neck diving at all), it's not heavy (just 4kg) and of course it sounds like the best P bass ever.
