This Maruszczyk bass is a good example that sometimes simple things are best. At the same time it proves that you can have a really nice bass for a fair price

The model is called Jake 55 and it is based on the original P Bass from 1955 and in this case we went for a very nice Brandy Breath finish with tortoise pickguard.

At the same time, we wantds some extra thump so we chose a Delano 55 Single Coil pickup and we are glad we did. This is a killer bass. Vintage P Bass sound, that's what you get here.

The classic combination of ash body, maple bolt on neck and maple fingerboard is just perfect for a great P Bass.

To sum up: a great looking, playing and sounding European bass that has an incredible price tag too.
