Peerless instruments come from Korea and they are made at one of the best guitar factories in that country.

This is the SMOKE BASS CUSTOM STANDARD and it is a 17-inch by 1 3/4 inch Arch Top Double Cutaway BASS with laminated arched Flame maple top and back. 

It feaures a set neck maple neck with Rosewood fingerboard and 34" scale.

We love other details such as the split Stop tailpiece and bridge (great for sustain and tuning stability).

This bass is obviously based on the Gibso EB-2D but in this case the long scale (34") adds puch.  The neck pickup is a Ceramic 8 magnet Side Winder unit and the bridge one is a mini Humbucker Alnico Magnet . Great sound that will sit incredibly well on any mix.

Full binding at the body, neck and headstock as well as abalone dot fretboard inlays and bone nut complete a really elegant, well made bass that sounds really cool.
