We think this is probably the best value acoustic bass in the market today, with a really nice sound and overall quality like no other. The Low B works great thanks to the 34" scale neck (the 4 string version is 32") and the well designed cutaway makes it possible to reach the top frets effortlessly (you can actually reach the 24th fret!!). Works GREAT in the studio with a microphone, and of course also plugged in for live sets. The Fishman Sonicore pickup and preamp with Volume and Tone controls behaves really well and it is very easy to get a natural sound.

This is the 5 string fretted version. Depending on the strings you use and the setup you choose (we offer several options, please ask) you can get really close to the tone of a double bass or a fretless bass, whatever you prefer. Awesome!
