Classic Rubber mute for softer passages. It reduces the high end and only slightly the volume of your instrument.

Note: this is a musical mute that is used for special orchestra parts when noted. If you need a practice mute that will make your instrument quieter then order the excellent comb like Gewa rubber mute in this section.
