Here's a rather special bass. It is a 1977 Fender Precision bass that has been heavily modified. The result is a wonderful fretless bass (ebony fingerboard) with a Badass II bridge and Bartolini Single Coil pickup. It delivers a really nice fretless mwah with a nice growl to it. Instead of just removing the frets, a new ebony fingerboard was professionally installed. The neck pickup was removed and the cavity filled with wood. All of these mods were made many years ago.
