New affordable and really interesting combo from Genz Benz. The sound is amazingly clear and detailed and has a lot of cool features. The FET preamp (with Gain and Volume controls) lets you push the front end to get a very musical tube-like overdrive. Back the gain off, turn the Volume up, and you'll be in clean territory once again. The Contour control acts on the mid frequencies, progressively cutting them down as well as boosting the lows and highs for a modern scooped sound. The class D power amp makes it a breeze to carry around. The sweet sounding high frequency horn comes with Full, - 6dB and Off positions.
