This bass is constructed with German precision, but at the same time has a really organic feel thanks to the oiled finish on the flamed maple body, ovangkol neck and wenge fingerboard. The two active MEC soapbars effectively reproduce every nuance from all strings, and I must say this bass has one of the best string to string balance I’ve tried in a 6 for a while (no floppy B or guitar like C).
